Rocky’s Matcha Organic Kogacha Blend Matcha is an organic, ceremonial grade blend comprised of first-flush leaves of three carefully harvested cultivars: Yabukita, Okumidori, and Saemidori. This unique blend has been produced in partnership with fourth-generation tea producers Kogacha Gyo—a family-ran farm based in Yame, Japan. Kogacha features a lighter flavor profile with a subtle chocolate-like sweetness and hints of nori and umami.
